Here I am with another bread recipe as promised. For the next few weeks every Friday I will share a sandwich and bread recipe, and today I am showing you that even a plain loaf bread can be special if you make a “gourmet” sandwich like this one: camembert cheese, apple and arugula. Isn’t that super fancy?

SANDWICH CON CAMEMBERT, MELE E RUCOLA
Come promesso ogni venerdì per questo mese di maggio condividerò la ricetta di un panino particolare e fatto con un tipo di pane diverso. Eccoci quindi per il secondo appuntamento di questa sorta di “rubrica”. La ricetta di oggi è quella del pane in cassetta, un pane semplice e quotidiano ma non per questo noioso. Infatti, la nostra fantasia può sbizzarrirsi con i sandwich più creativi, io ne ho preparato uno delicato e, oserei dire, gourmet con formaggio camembert, mele e rucola. Ingredienti per 2 sandwich

6 fette di pane
1 mela tagliata a fettine
100-120 g camembert a fettine
sale e pepe
rucola, circa 40 g
Procedimento

Preparare il pane seguendo la ricetta oppure procurarsi del buon pane in cassetta da tagliare a fette.

Tagliare a fettine la mela e il camembert.

Abbrustolire le fette di pane e disporvi le fettine mela e camembert, completare con la rucola, e una spolverata di sale e pepe.

Per rendere il sandwich ancora più gustoso è possibile spalmare sulle fette di pane un po’ di maionese e senape.
APPLE, CAMEMBERT AND ARUGULA SANDWICH
Ingredients
- FOR TWO SANDWICHES
- 6 slices toasted loaf bread
- 1 cored and thinly sliced apple
- 40 gr arugula
- 100-120 g sliced camembert
- fresh pepper and salt, to season

Cut the bread into thick slices. You can follow my recipe for homemade bread or get a good quality loaf bread.

Cut the apple and the cheese into slices.

Toast the bread slices, and arrange the apple and Camembert slices, complete with the arugula, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

You can also spread the bread slices with mayonnaise and muster for an even tastier sandwich.
